Lawyers & Paralegals: An easy pro bono volunteer opportunity:
Help the Nevada Supreme Court Access to Justice Commission and legal aid providers survey legal needs throughout Nevada. It’s been a decade since our last study and much has changed. We’ll buddy you up with another volunteer to help us assess the “Justice Gap”. The survey will help us plan to meet the legal needs of Nevadans. Training is provided and surveying will occur Oct. 23 – Nov. 17. Interested? Simply email Brad Lewis, Access to Justice Director, at BradL@NVBar.org.
The tragic Sunday night October 1 Las Vegas incident:
Immediate actions and initial shock have turned to sustained action and response, and the legal community is assisting with the needs that have arisen. Lawyers willing to offer pro bono help are encouraged to complete and return the Volunteer Form. Your interest will be shared with the legal aid provider best suited to help.
